Common use of Remote Monitoring Services Clause in Contracts

Remote Monitoring Services. (a) Subject to paragraph (b), Christie, through its Network Operations Center ("NOC"), will provide the following remote monitoring services: (i) monitoring of Digital System operation; (ii) error and status data collection for Digital System operation; and (iii) alerting Customer and Christie service engineers of Digital System problems requiring attention. (b) Customer must, at its sole cost and expense, maintain a suitable connection between the NOC and each Digital System.
