REMOTE NETWORK ACCESS FOR MAINTENANCE OR REPAIRS. If Supplier will provide maintenance or repair services under the Contract, access to ▇▇▇▇▇ University’s information resources for remote maintenance or repairs by Supplier or other authorized vendors shall be limited to use of approved network connectivity access methods such as Virtual Private Network or third party remote dial-up access. Access requests to ▇▇▇▇▇ University’s Information Services Department on behalf of Supplier or other authorized vendors shall be the responsibility of the information resource owner.
