Common use of Remote Provision of Services Clause in Contracts

Remote Provision of Services. Unless otherwise provided in Exhibit A for a specific nurse, nurses will be required to provide in-person services to District students. At the discretion of the District, nurses may be required to provide services remotely via electronic means in accordance with District procedures in the event of school closure for academic purposes or in the event students otherwise are not in physical attendance in District schools. In such situations, Employees must be competent in the use of necessary technology to provide such remote services.
