Remote reboot. With the Remote Reboot function, it is possible to perform a remote “cold reboot” of the Customer’s server. This means that the power to the server is interrupted during a few seconds so that the server can reboot. To have a remote reboot performed, the Customer must send its request to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ in order for Combell to perform a remote reboot If the remote reboot option is not included in the Service Level package chosen by the Customer, a “remote reboot” will be charged at the then-current rates for Advanced Support.
