Removal of Customer’s Property. Not later than the expiration of the Term or the earlier termination of this Service Agreement, Customer shall, at Customer’s expense, remove all of Customer’s personal property from the Premises. Customer shall be responsible for any damage to the Premises or Project resulting from removal of any personal property, including Lines, of Customer. If Customer does not remove its property prior to termination, then, in addition to its other remedies at law or in equity, Service Provider shall have the right to consider the property abandoned and such property may be removed by Service Provider, at Customer’s expense, or at Service Provider’s option become its property, and Customer shall have no further rights relating thereto or for reimbursement therefor.
