Common use of Removal of Hazardous Substances Clause in Contracts

Removal of Hazardous Substances. Should the Borrower and any of its Subsidiaries cause or permit any act or omission resulting in the discharge of hazardous substances or wastes into the atmosphere or waters, or onto the lands in violation of any applicable Environmental Law, promptly clean up same in accordance with all applicable Environmental Laws.

Removal of Hazardous Substances. Should the Borrower and any of its Subsidiaries cause or permit any intentional or unintentional act or omission resulting in the discharge discharging of hazardous substances or wastes into the atmosphere or waters, or onto lands, resulting in damage to the lands in violation of any applicable Environmental Lawnatural resources without having obtained a permit issued by the appropriate governmental authorities, the Borrower shall promptly clean up same in accordance with all applicable Environmental Laws.federal, state, and local orders, statutes, laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations; and
