Common use of Removal of Members Clause in Contracts

Removal of Members. Any Member may be removed by two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Members. Any removal occurring hereunder shall be effective immediately. The Commission may adopt a policy or policies clarifying the additional processes and obligations surrounding the removal of a Member. A Member’s removal does not impact any liability or responsibility of the Member for obligations that accrued while the Member was a Member of the Commission.
