Common use of Removal of Tenant Improvements Clause in Contracts

Removal of Tenant Improvements. Tenant shall not be required to remove any of the Tenant Improvements existing in the Current Premises as of the date of this Sixth Amendment or any Tenant Improvements constructed in the Premises pursuant to Section 6 of this Sixth Amendment at the expiration or earlier termination of the Term nor shall Tenant have the right to remove any such Tenant Improvements at any time.

Tenant shall not be required to remove any of the Tenant Improvements existing in the Current Existing Premises as of the date of this Sixth Fourth Amendment or any Tenant Improvements constructed in the Premises pursuant to Section 6 of this Sixth Amendment the Second Expansion Premises Work Letter at the expiration or earlier termination of the Term nor shall Tenant have the right to remove any such Tenant Improvements at any time.
