Common use of Removal of the Property Clause in Contracts

Removal of the Property. Except for maintenance in the ordinary course of business, the Mortgagor shall not, without the prior written consent of JGB Agent, materially alter, remove or demolish any timber, topsoil, minerals, fixture, building, or improvement forming part of the Property.
