Removal of the System. Upon expiration or termination of the Agreement, Owner shall at its sole cost and expense remove from the Premises the System, and any associated equipment or other personal property owned by Owner, and restore the Premises to its original condition, provided, however, such removal of the System will be undertaken in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Energy Management Services Contract executed between the parties hereto, and to which this SLP is an Exhibit.
