Removal of Trash. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, promptly remove from the Premises all trash and other rubbish which may accumulate in connection with any construction work (or any other activities) by or on behalf of Tenant in such manner as prescribed by Landlord.

Removal of Trash. The Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, promptly remove from the Premises premises all trash and other rubbish refuse of any nature whatsoever which may might accumulate and arise from the operations of the Concession hereunder. Such trash and refuse shall temporarily be stored and disposed of in connection with any construction work (or any other activities) a manner approved by or on behalf of Tenant in such manner as prescribed by Landlordthe Department.
