Removals, Etc. Without at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Obligor shall not (a) maintain any of its books and records with respect to the Pledged Collateral at any office at any place other than at the address indicated beneath its signature hereto or (b) change its corporate name, or the name under which it does business, from the name shown on the signature pages hereto.
