Common use of REMOVED PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

REMOVED PROPERTY. Any and all property which may be removed from the Premises by Landlord pursuant to the authority of this Lease or of Law, to which Tenant is or may be entitled, may be handled, removed or stored by Landlord at the sole risk, cost and expense of Tenant, and Landlord shall in no event be responsible for the value, preservation or safekeeping thereof. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, upon demand, any and all expenses incurred in such removal and all storage charges against such property so long as the same shall be in Landlord's possession or under the Landlord's control. Any such property of Tenant not removed from the Premises or retaken from storage by Tenant within thirty (30) days after the end of the Term or of Tenant's right to possession of the Premises, however terminated, shall be conclusively deemed to have been forever abandoned by Tenant and either may be retained by Landlord as its property or may be disposed of in such manner as Landlord may see fit.
