Removing equipment. 3.1 If we ask you to, you will immediately stop using all or any of the equipment which we are entitled to ask you to install and you will immediately remove it from public areas of the property. Section 12 - The security deposit and guarantee 1.1 You agree to pay us the security deposit which is due from you in whole on the date of this agreement.
