Removing Members from Contract Pricing Clause Samples

The "Removing Members from Contract Pricing" clause defines the process and conditions under which certain members or entities can be excluded from receiving the pricing terms established in a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for removal, such as non-compliance with contract terms or changes in eligibility, and may specify the notice period or administrative steps required to effect the removal. Its core practical function is to give the contracting parties flexibility to adjust the group of beneficiaries, ensuring that only qualified or compliant members benefit from negotiated pricing, and thereby managing risk and maintaining the integrity of the contract's pricing structure.
