Common use of Remuneration and Reimbursable Expenses Clause in Contracts

Remuneration and Reimbursable Expenses. The Client shall pay to the Consultant (i) remuneration that shall be determined on the basis of time actually spent by each Expert in the performance of the Services after the date of commencing of Services or such other date as the Parties shall agree in writing; and (ii) reimbursable expenses that are actually and reasonably incurred by the Consultant in the performance of the Services.
