Remuneration for trust services. (I) The Grantor shall pay for the following services rendered by the Trust notwithstanding the profit or loss position with the use of the trust fund on the basis of the use and management of the trust fund by type of investment targets, and shall also be responsible for the management fees, transaction fees charged by the domestic and foreign issuers of the selected investment targets and applicable taxes: 1. Subscription fee: (1) Fee rate: from 0% to 5%. (2) Method of calculation: Multiply the principal of the trust by the fee rate. (3) Payment interval and method: paid in lump sum at the time of subscription by the Grantor to the Trustee. (4) The Trustee may set the minimum subscription fee for each subscription. If investments were made under dollar-cost averaging, the Trustee shall deduct the appropriate amount and the fee for the trust fund monthly. If the subscription fee rate of the fund after switching is higher than the original fund before switching, the Trustee shall charge for the excessive amount of fee deriving from the switching of funds.
