Common use of Rendering of Services Clause in Contracts

Rendering of Services. The Worker shall perform his duties as Finance and Administrative Manager; however, PBP shall be entitled to make any reasonable change therein based on the skills and talents of the Worker and the needs and requirements of PBP, and those changes shall not result in a reduction of his category and/or compensation.
