Rendering of Services. The Contractor shall render Services with all due skill, care, and diligence, in accordance with accepted industry practices and legal requirements, and to the State’s satisfaction; the State’s decision as to whether the Contractor has met these standards is final and conclusive. The State may inspect, observe and examine the performance of the Services rendered on the State's premises at any time. The State may inspect, observe and examine the performance of the Contractor’s Services at reasonable times, without notice, at any other premises. If the State notifies the Contractor that any part of the Services rendered are inadequate or in any way differ from the Contract requirements for any reason other than the State’s Default or negligence, the Contractor shall at its own expense re-schedule and perform the work correctly within such reasonable time as the State specifies. This remedy shall be in addition to any other remedies available to the State by law or in equity.
