RENEGOTIATE INVALIDATED SECTION(S) Sample Clauses

The "Renegotiate Invalidated Section(s)" clause establishes a process for the parties to revisit and amend any part of the agreement that is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal. When a section is invalidated—such as by a court ruling or change in law—the parties are required to negotiate in good faith to replace or modify the affected provision while preserving the original intent as much as possible. This clause ensures that the overall agreement remains effective and enforceable, minimizing disruption and legal uncertainty if part of the contract becomes void.
RENEGOTIATE INVALIDATED SECTION(S). In the event of invalidation of any article or section of this Agreement, the parties agree to meet and negotiate within thirty (30) days after each determination for the purpose of arriving at a mutually agreeable resolution to the invalidated or statutorily changed section.
