Renewal and Confirmation of Appointment. (a) Renewal of Appointment (i) Renewal of a preliminary appointment shall not be for more than a total of six (6) years without the granting of confirmation of appointment. (ii) Renewal of a term appointment of an Instructor employee shall conform to the provisions of Article 36 (Term Appointments).
