Common use of Renewal Certificates Clause in Contracts

Renewal Certificates. Renewal certificates, or such other evidence of renewal as may be acceptable to the Authority in relation to any of the insurances required by clause 51.1 (Requirement to Maintain) shall be obtained as and when necessary and copies (certified in a manner acceptable to the Authority) shall be forwarded to the Authority as soon as possible but in any event on or before the renewal date.

Renewal Certificates. Renewal certificates, or such other evidence of renewal as may be acceptable to the Authority certificates in relation to any of the insurances required by referred to in clause 51.1 (Requirement to Maintain) Maintain shall be obtained as and when necessary and copies (certified in a manner acceptable to the Authority) shall be forwarded to the Authority as soon as possible but in any event on or at least 10 days before the renewal date.

Renewal Certificates. Renewal certificates, certificates (or such other independent written evidence of renewal as may be acceptable to the Authority renewal) in relation to any of the insurances required by clause 51.1 38.1 (Requirement to Maintain) shall be obtained as and when necessary and copies (certified in a manner acceptable to the Authority) shall be forwarded to the Authority as soon as possible but in any event on or before at least within ten (10) Business Days of the renewal date.
