Renewal of Employment Contract. If the District does not notify the Superintendent in writing prior to April 15, 2012, that this Employment Contract will not be renewed, it shall be deemed that the District has renewed this Employment Contract for one year beyond the termination date set forth in Paragraph 1 above, upon a salary and other conditions as may be agreed to by the parties.
