Renewal Pending Registration. If Franchisor is not offering new franchises, is in the process of revising, amending or renewing Franchisor’s form of Franchise Agreement or Franchise Disclosure Document or is not lawfully able to offer Franchisee Franchisor’s then‐current form of Franchise Agreement at the time Franchisee exercises an option to extend the Term, Franchisor may offer to renew Franchisee’s existing Franchise Agreement upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the Renewal Term of the franchise, or may offer to renew the Term on a week‐to‐week basis following the expiration of the Term for as long as Franchisor deems necessary or appropriate so that Franchisor may lawfully offer Franchisee Franchisor’s then‐current form of Franchise Agreement.

  • NERC Registration The NTO shall register or enter into agreement with a NERC registered entity for all required NERC functions applicable to the NTO, that may include, without limitation, those functions designated by NERC to be: “Transmission Owner” and “Transmission Planner” and “Transmission Operator.” The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith the compliance obligations for the NERC functions applicable to, and to be performed by, each Party with respect to the NTO’s facilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the ISO shall register for the “Transmission Operator” function for all NTO Transmission Facilities under ISO Operational Control identified in Appendix A-1 of this Agreement.

  • Supported Initial and Renewal Registration Periods a. Initial registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms of up to ten years. b. Renewal registrations of Registered Names (where available according to functional specifications and other requirements) may be made in the registry for terms not exceeding a total of ten years. c. Upon change of sponsorship of the registration of a Registered Name from one registrar to another, according to Part A of the ICANN Policy on Transfer of Registrations between Registrars, the term of registration of the Registered Name shall be extended by one year, provided that the maximum term of the registration as of the effective date of the sponsorship change shall not exceed ten years. d. The change of sponsorship of registration of Registered Names from one registrar to another, according to Part B of the ICANN Policy on Transfer of Registrations between Registrars shall not result in the extension of the term of the registration and Registry Operator may assist in such change of sponsorship.

  • Initial Registration Periods Initial registrations of registered names may be made in the registry in one (1) year increments for up to a maximum of ten (10) years. For the avoidance of doubt, initial registrations of registered names may not exceed ten (10) years.

  • Expenses of Registration All expenses incurred in connection with registrations, filings or qualifications pursuant to Sections 2 and 3, including, without limitation, all registration, listing and qualifications fees, printers, legal and accounting fees shall be paid by the Company.

  • SEC Registration The Parties mutually agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain effective registration statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission with respect to the long-term incentive awards to the extent any such registration statement is required by applicable Law.
