Common use of Renewals or Extensions Clause in Contracts

Renewals or Extensions. Licensee and Licensor may mutually agree to extend the Term at or prior to the expiration of this Agreement; provided, that in the event such Term is not extended, Licensee acknowledges Licensee’s obligations to discontinue all uses of the Marks required under Section 8.4. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensor shall have no obligation to agree to any extension of this Agreement.
