In addition if two (2) payments for Rent are returned to us or declined due to insufficient funds, we will require that all money payable to us be paid in either certified or cashier’s check or money order. Personal check and/or ACH payments will not be accepted. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable federal, state and local laws, and subject to applicable Drexel University policies and procedures, Landlord shall cause withholding of grades, registration, transcripts and graduation for non-payment of any sums due to Landlord equal to or greater than $250.00. a.
