In addition if two (2) payments for Rent are returned to us or declined due to insufficient funds, we will require that all money payable to us be paid in either certified or cashier’s check or money order. Personal check and/or ACH payments will not be accepted. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable federal, state and local laws, and subject to applicable Drexel University policies and procedures, Landlord shall cause withholding of grades, registration, transcripts and graduation for non-payment of any sums due to Landlord equal to or greater than $250.00. a. Regardless of whether it is a holiday or weekend, Rent is due on the first (1st) day of each month. While we do not have to, we can accept partial payment of Rent at Landlord’s discretion, but we do not waive our rights to collect and enforce the payment of the remainder of such Rent. The fact that the Manager may accept a partial payment does not imply that the Manager accepts the account as being current. In the event that your Rent is not paid in full, Manager will charge you (and you agree to pay) late fees on any outstanding balance.
