Common use of Rent and Utilities Clause in Contracts

Rent and Utilities. Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor as Rent the amount of $10 per square foot over the term of this Lease Agreement, which is a sum equal to $383.33 per month. The first monthly installment of Rent shall be paid in advance on the effective date of this Lease Agreement, August 8, 2011, and each succeeding installment shall be paid monthly thereafter throughout the term and any extension of this Lease Agreement. In addition to the Rent, Lessee agrees to pay utilities to the Lessor in the amount of 82.80 per month, which sum shall be paid monthly, together with the monthly Rent payment.

Rent and Utilities. In addition to the payment of Rent, Lessee agrees shall pay to pay utilities to the Lessor in the amount on a monthly basis an allocated Utility charge of 82.80 $34.56 per month, which sum shall be paid monthly, together with the monthly Rent payment.
