Common use of Rent and Utilities Clause in Contracts

Rent and Utilities. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to pay to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to accept as Rent for the Leased Premises the sum of $907.94, payable monthly, the first installment to be paid on the Effective date, and the same amount being payable on the 1st day of each month thereafter, subject to termination of this Lease upon 30 days written notice by either party.
