Rent for a Partial Month. For any portion of a calendar month included at the beginning or end of the Term, Tenant shall pay one-thirtieth (1/30) of each monthly installment of Rent for each day of such portion, payable in advance at the beginning of such portion, except that Percentage Rent for such portion shall be computed and paid as provided in Section 3.3 hereof.
