Reopening of Negotiations Sample Clauses
The Reopening of Negotiations clause allows the parties to revisit and renegotiate certain terms of their agreement under specified circumstances. Typically, this clause is triggered by significant changes in law, market conditions, or other unforeseen events that materially affect the contract's performance or fairness. By providing a structured process for renegotiation, this clause helps ensure that the agreement remains equitable and relevant over time, addressing the problem of rigidity in long-term contracts.
