Common use of Reopening Clause in Contracts

Reopening. The parties agree that this Section may be reopened for negotiations at either party’s request should any future law or regulation either contains requirements that make the above guidelines impossible to implement or allow additional flexibility in the staffs’ work year that either party may wish to negotiate.
