Common use of Repair and Replacements Clause in Contracts

Repair and Replacements. Grantor shall repair and replace all components of Grantor’s Distribution System necessary for the proper operation thereof. If Grantor fails to repair or replace such components, the Auditor may, at Grantor’s expense, make any repairs and or replacements necessary for the proper operation of Grantor’s Distribution System. In order to facilitate the Auditor’s repair or replacement or such components, Grantee may guarantee the cost of such repairs and or replacements, and Grantor shall promptly reimburse any payments paid pursuant to such guarantee.
