Repair Requests. 1) All requests for scheduled service or repairs will be directed to the Lessor. 2) Requests for preventative maintenance service must be requested a minimum of one week prior to the next scheduled interval and will be completed during normal business hours. 3) If repairs are required, the Lessor will arrange on-site service response and will notify County immediately if the Equipment is inoperable.
