Repairing faults. 9.1 If there is a Fault, the Customer must report this directly toWindsor Telecom Ltd (trading as Reefstream) . 9.2 If the Customer reports a Fault in respect of the Line, Windsor Telecom Ltd (trading as Reefstream)will report the Fault to the Network Operator as soon as reasonably practicable so that the Network Operator can arrange for an engineerto attend to the Fault as soon as possible. 9.3 Windsor Telecom Ltd (trading as Reefstream) will not be responsible for any Faults in respect ofany Customer who does not pay Line Rental pursuant to this Agreement.
