Common use of Repayment Dates Clause in Contracts

Repayment Dates. The first Repayment Instalment shall be repaid on 30 August 2011 and the last Repayment Instalment together with the Balloon Instalment on the earlier of (i) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date of the first Advance and (ii) 30 May 2017.

Repayment Dates. The first Repayment Instalment instalment shall be repaid on 30 August 2011 31 December 2010 and the last Repayment Instalment instalment together with the Balloon Instalment shall be paid on the earlier of (i) the date falling on the sixth tenth anniversary of the final Drawdown Date of the first Advance and (ii) 30 31 May 20172019.

Repayment Dates. The first Repayment Instalment repayment instalment shall be repaid on 30 August 2011 the date falling 3 months after the Drawdown Date and the last Repayment Instalment repayment instalment, together with the Balloon Instalment applicable balloon instalment, on the earlier of (i) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date of the first Advance and (ii) 30 May 24 June 2017.

Repayment Dates. The first Repayment Instalment repayment instalment in respect of the Loan shall be repaid on 30 August 2011 31 June 2010 and each subsequent repayment instalment shall be repaid at 3-monthly intervals thereafter and the last Repayment Instalment repayment instalment, together with the Balloon Instalment Instalment, shall be repaid on the earlier of (i) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date of the first Advance and (ii) 30 May 201731 January 2019.

The first Repayment Instalment shall be repaid on 30 August 2011 the date falling 3 months after the Drawdown Date and the last Repayment Instalment together with the Balloon Instalment on the earlier of (i) the date falling on the sixth eighth anniversary of the Drawdown Date of the first Advance and (ii) 30 15 May 20172019.
