Common use of Repayment of Existing Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Existing Indebtedness. All existing Indebtedness for borrowed money of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (including the Existing $25 Million Commerce Bank Facilities, but excluding the Existing EFT Commerce Bank Facility and the Existing First State Bank Facility and other existing Indebtedness listed on Schedule 3.1) shall have been repaid in full and terminated and the Administrative Agent shall have received such evidence of such repayment and termination as the Administrative Agent may reasonably require.

Repayment of Existing Indebtedness. All existing Indebtedness for borrowed money of the Subsidiaries of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (including the Existing $25 Million Commerce Bank FacilitiesCredit Facility, but excluding the Existing EFT Commerce Bank Facility and the Existing First State Bank Facility and other existing Indebtedness listed on Schedule 3.16.1(b)) shall have been repaid in full and terminated and the Administrative Agent shall have received such evidence of such repayment and termination as the Administrative Agent may reasonably require.
