Common use of Repeal Clause in Contracts

Repeal. (1) The Iron Ore (Mount Goldsworthy) Agreement Act 1962, and the Iron Ore (Mount Goldsworthy) Agreement Act Amendment Act 1963, are repealed. (2) The provisions of sections 15 and 16 of the Interpretation Act 1918 2, apply in respect of the repeals effected by subsection (1), but this express inclusion of the application of those sections does not exclude the application to this Act of the other provisions of that Act.
