Repetition Sample Clauses

Repetition. The representations and warranties in this Clause 10 shall be deemed to be repeated by the Borrower: (a) on the date of service of the Drawdown Notice; (b) on the Drawdown Date; and (c) with the exception of Clauses 10.9, 10.10, 10.11 and 10.12, on the first day of each Interest Period and on the date of any Compliance Certificate issued pursuant to Clause 11.20, as if made with reference to the facts and circumstances existing on each such day.

Repetition. The Representations are deemed to be made by the Borrower by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing on the date of each Utilisation Request and the first day of each Interest Period.

Repetition. The Repeating Representations are deemed to be made by the Borrower by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing on the date of a Utilisation Request.

Repetition. The Repeating Representations are made by the Borrower by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing on: (a) the date of each Utilisation Request; (b) each Utilisation Date; and (c) the first day of each Interest Period.

Repetition. Each Obligor shall be deemed to repeat these confirmations on each day during the life of this Agreement, by reference to the circumstances existing on that day.

Repetition. The Repeating Representations are deemed to be made by each Obligor by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing on: (a) the date of each Utilisation Request and the first day of each Interest Period; and (b) in the case of an Additional Guarantor, the day on which the company becomes (or it is proposed that the company becomes) an Additional Guarantor.

Repetition. The representations and warranties in Clause 2.1 and Clause 2.2 will survive the execution of this Agreement. The representations and warranties contained in Clause 2.1 will be deemed to be repeated by Lessee on each Rent Date as if made with reference to the facts and circumstances then existing.

Repetition. The representations and warranties set out in Section 5.2 of this Agreement shall continue after the execution of this Agreement, and shall be deemed to be true and effective throughout the Term of this Agreement.

Repetition. Subject to Clause 9, the representations and warranties contained in, or given pursuant to, Clause 4.1 shall be deemed to have been repeated on the Closing Date taking into account facts and circumstances subsisting at such date.
