Common use of Replacement Components Clause in Contracts

Replacement Components. An undivided interest equal to the Facility Owner's Percentage in all Replacement Components incorporated in the Unit 2 Equipment and the Common Facilities Equipment included in Clover Unit 2 during the Head Equipment Agreement Term in accordance with the Operating Equipment Agreement or the Clover Operating Agreement shall automatically become subject to this Head Equipment Agreement without any action by any Person whatsoever and shall be deemed to be a part of Clover Unit 2 and the Equipment Interest for all purposes of this Head Equipment Agreement.
