Common use of Replacement of Blockwiring Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Blockwiring. If the Requesting Operator notifies the Providing Operator of a fault in the Blockwiring leased to the Requesting Operator and the Providing Operator confirms that replacement of the Blockwiring is required, the Providing Operator shall inform the Requesting Operator before replacing that Blockwiring. Whenever a replacement of a cable is required and some Blockwiring circuits of that cable have been leased to the Requesting Operator, the Providing Operator shall give Business Days prior notice to the Requesting Operator for such replacement together with an estimation of time required for the replacement.
