Common use of Replacement of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Certificates. If a Certificate is mutilated, defaced, lost, stolen or destroyed, it will be replaced at the registered office of the Company for the time and on such terms as to evidence and indemnity as the Company may reasonably require. Mutilated, defaced or expired from partial exercise Certificates must be surrendered before replacements will be issued.
