Common use of Replacement of Lender Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Lender. At the request of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae, Borrower and Lender shall agree to the assumption by another lender designated by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ (which lender shall meet ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae’s then current standards for lenders for credit facilities of the type and size of the credit facility evidenced by this Agreement), of all of the obligations of Lender under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and/or any related servicing obligations, and, at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae’s option, the concurrent release of Lender from its obligations under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and/or any related servicing obligations, and shall execute all releases, modifications and other documents which ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae determines are necessary or desirable to effect such assumption.
