Common use of Replacement of Scheduling Coordinator Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Scheduling Coordinator. At least forty-five (45) days before the end of the Term, or as soon as practicable before the date of any termination of this Agreement before the end of the Term, Seller shall take all actions necessary to terminate the designation of SCE as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator. These actions include the following: (i) Seller shall submit to the CAISO a designation of a new Scheduling Coordinator for Seller to replace SCE; (ii) Seller shall cause the newly designated Scheduling Coordinator to submit a letter to the CAISO accepting the designation; and (iii) Seller shall inform SCE of the last date on which SCE will be Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator.
