Replacement of Voting Trust Certificates. If a Trust Certificate is lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed, the Voting Trustee, in his discretion, may cause to be issued a duplicate Trust Certificate therefor upon receipt of: A. Evidence of such fact satisfactory to him; B. Indemnity satisfactory to him or C. The existing Trust Certificate, if mutilated.
