Replacement of Warrant Certificate on Loss Clause Samples

The "Replacement of Warrant Certificate on Loss" clause establishes the process for issuing a new warrant certificate if the original is lost, stolen, or destroyed. Typically, the holder must notify the issuer, provide satisfactory evidence of the loss, and may be required to furnish an indemnity or security before a replacement is issued. This clause ensures that holders are not deprived of their rights due to accidental loss or theft, while also protecting the issuer from potential fraud or duplicate claims.
