Common use of REPLACEMENT SHARE CERTIFICATE Clause in Contracts

REPLACEMENT SHARE CERTIFICATE. If less than all of a holder's Class B Special Shares represented by any share certificate or share certificates are redeemed pursuant to this subsection 4.5, a new share certificate representing the balance of the Class B Special Shares held by such holder shall be issued to such holder, at the expense of the Corporation, on the later of the applicable redemption date and the date of receipt by the Corporation of the share certificate or share certificates representing the shares to be redeemed.

REPLACEMENT SHARE CERTIFICATE. If less than all of a holder's Class B A Special Shares represented by any share certificate or share certificates are redeemed pursuant to this subsection 4.53.5, a new share certificate representing the balance of the Class B A Special Shares held by such holder shall be issued to such holder, at the expense of the Corporation, on the later of the applicable redemption date and the date of receipt by the Corporation of the share certificate or share certificates representing the shares to be redeemed.

REPLACEMENT SHARE CERTIFICATE. If less than all of a holder's Class B C Special Shares represented by any share certificate or share certificates are redeemed pursuant to this subsection 4.55.5, a new share certificate representing the balance of the Class B C Special Shares held by such holder shall be issued to such holder, at the expense of the Corporation, on the later of the applicable redemption date and the date of receipt by the Corporation of the share certificate or share certificates representing the shares to be redeemed.
