Replacing Appliances Clause Samples

The 'Replacing Appliances' clause outlines the responsibilities and procedures for substituting or upgrading appliances within a property. Typically, it specifies which party—landlord or tenant—is responsible for replacing appliances that become outdated, broken, or non-functional, and may set standards for the type or quality of replacements. This clause ensures clarity regarding maintenance obligations and helps prevent disputes over appliance condition and replacement costs during the tenancy.
