Replicating. Replicating while similar to copying and pasting an image or duplicating it allows for the ability to create any number of copies and place them at once without the need to copy and paste the images multiple times and then have to place them manually around the screen as desired. These options will also create copies next to each other as closely as possible to maximize your cutting area. You will find the following options in the Replicate options basic menu.

These options will also create copies next to each other as closely as possible to maximize your cutting area. You will find the following options in the Replicate options basic menu. Duplicate Left This option will duplicate the selected object and place a copy directly to the left with the most minimal amount of space between the objects as possible. Duplicate Right This option will duplicate the selected object and place a copy directly to the right with the most minimal amount of space between the objects as possible. Duplicate Above This option will duplicate the selected object and place a copy directly above with the most minimal amount of space between the objects as possible. Duplicate Below This option will duplicate the selected object and place a copy directly below with the most minimal amount of space between the objects as possible. Row of Three / Row of Four These options will copy the selected object and replicate two or three additional copies next to each other in a row, stacked horizontally next to each other, with the most minimal amount of space between the objects as possible. Column of Three / Column of Four These options will copy the selected object and replicate two or three additional copies next to each other in a column, stacked vertically on top of each other, with the most minimal amount of space between the objects as possible. Rotate One Copy / Two Copies / Three Copies / Five Copies These options will copy the selected object and replicate one through five rotated copies on top of the original image. Fill Page This option will copy and replicate the selected object and fill the cutting area with as many copies possible. In the Replicate menu, you may also access an Advanced Options menu. Here you will have the option to select any desired number of copies to replicate your selected image and the distance between these replicated images, including the ability to select any custom direction. Once the desired number of copies and direction has been selected, you may click on the Replicate button at the bottom of the Advanced Options menu to apply the selected attributes.

To replicate images, select an image and access the replicating options by going to the Object menu and selecting the Replicate sub-menu. While some common options are represented in this Replicate menu, you may also access the Replicate options menu to view a comprehensive menu of all available options for this feature. You will find the following options in the Replicate options basic menu.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Redistribution If any amount owing by an Obligor under any Finance Document to a Finance Party (the recovering Finance Party) is discharged by payment, set-off or any other manner other than through the Facility Agent in accordance with Clause 9 (Payments) (a recovery), then: (a) the recovering Finance Party shall, within three Business Days, notify details of the recovery to the Facility Agent; (b) the Facility Agent shall determine whether the recovery is in excess of the amount which the recovering Finance Party would have received had the recovery been received by the Facility Agent and distributed in accordance with Clause 9 (Payments); (c) subject to Clause 29.3 (Exceptions), the recovering Finance Party shall, within three Business Days of demand by the Facility Agent, pay to the Facility Agent an amount (the redistribution) equal to the excess; (d) the Facility Agent shall treat the redistribution as if it were a payment by the Obligor concerned under Clause 9 (Payments) and shall pay the redistribution to the Finance Parties (other than the recovering Finance Party) in accordance with Clause 9.7 (Partial payments); and (e) after payment of the full redistribution, the recovering Finance Party will be subrogated to the portion of the claims paid under paragraph (d) above, and that Obligor will owe the recovering Finance Party a debt which is equal to the redistribution, immediately payable and of the type originally discharged.

  • Provider If the Provider is a State Agency, the Provider acknowledges that it is responsible for its own acts and deeds and the acts and deeds of its agents and employees. If the Provider is not a State agency, then the Provider agrees to indemnify and save harmless the State and its officers and employees from all claims and liability due to activities of itself, its agents, or employees, performed under this contract and which are caused by or result from error, omission, or negligent act of the Provider or of any person employed by the Provider. The Provider shall also indemnify and save harmless the State from any and all expense, including, but not limited to, attorney fees which may be incurred by the State in litigation or otherwise resisting said claim or liabilities which may be imposed on the State as a result of such activities by the Provider or its employees. The Provider further agrees to indemnify and save harmless the State from and against all claims, demands, and causes of action of every kind and character brought by any employee of the Provider against the State due to personal injuries and/or death to such employee resulting from any alleged negligent act by either commission or omission on the part of the Provider.

  • Duplication Escrow Agent may duplicate the Deposits by any means in order to comply with the terms and provisions of this Escrow Agreement. Alternatively, Escrow Agent, by notice to Registry Operator, may reasonably require Registry Operator to promptly duplicate the Deposits and forward the same to Escrow Agent.

  • Software The Software is licensed to you subject to any terms and conditions presented when you downloaded it from a source authorized by NCR Voyix, as well as those contained in this Agreement. If there is a conflict, this Agreement will control. You are licensed to use the Software only with the Service and with Hardware purchased or subscribed from NCR Voyix or its Resellers. Your license to any Software will end when your subscription to the Service ends. The Software is copyrighted and licensed, not sold, and is NCR Voyix’s confidential and unpublished information. You will retain any copyright notices and proprietary legends on all copies of the Software and the media on which it is delivered. Any attempt to transfer the Software is void and will automatically cause your license to end.
