Report and Recommendations. Using the information gathered by the investigative team and in consultation with the investigative team, the Director of Human Resources will prepare a formal report consisting of the complaint, the response of the respondent, the investigative team’s findings, and a recommendation of the appropriate action(s) to be taken. The report will be retained by the Director of Human Resources.
