Report Format. The reports submitted to the Monitoring States on the schedule described in Section 2 will be in table form and will include the following: • The Required Action as described and set forth in Attachment C of this Agreement. • Each Performance Standard as set forth in Attachment C of this Agreement. • The Tolerance Level as set forth in Attachment C of this Agreement. • The Status of the each Performance Standard as set forth in Attachment C of this Agreement. • Company Comments about the current status of the Performance Standard as set forth in Attachment C of this Agreement. • A list of the Evidence to support the Status of the Performance Standard as set forth in Attachment C of this Agreement.
